Content and Website Manager – Amazon Marketplace MX

About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI‑focused Content and Website Manager to own the end‑to‑end content experience on vender.amazon.com.mx, the primary portal for prospective sellers in Mexico. You will combine design thinking, marketing copy, and data‑driven analysis to make it effortless for businesses to discover, understand, and register on Amazon Marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the information architecture, page layouts and user flows, ensuring clear value propositions and frictionless navigation.
• Create, publish and keep up‑to‑date landing pages, educational modules, FAQs and program explainers.
• Monitor organic traffic sources, identify keyword opportunities and coordinate content updates to improve discoverability.
• Own the visitor‑to‑registration funnel, design and run A/B tests on copy, layout and CTAs, and analyse drop‑off points.
• Collaborate daily with program, product and commercial teams to translate business priorities into user‑friendly site content.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking traffic, conversion rates, content freshness and page‑experience scores, delivering regular insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong UX/UI foundation with experience in wireframing, prototyping and user research.
• Ability to write clear, conversion‑focused copy and translate complex information into simple experiences.
• Analytical mindset capable of measuring performance, interpreting data and making evidence‑based recommendations.
• Proven track record of working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced environments.
