Content Designer

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a creative Content Designer to develop and execute visual assets across retail, print, and digital channels. You will work closely with senior designers and brand teams to turn ideas into production‑ready graphics that support marketing initiatives and consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create social media graphics, banners, POS materials, internal communications, and presentation decks.
• Adapt and version existing assets to meet the needs of various PepsiCo brands and consumer programs.
• Generate fresh POS, OOH, and multimedia graphics while adhering to brand and design standards.
• Build and refine key visual designs for campaigns, sizzle videos, and 3D concepts.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects independently, meeting tight deadlines and last‑minute requests.
• Participate in brainstorming and brand strategy sessions to contribute innovative visual ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High aptitude for learning, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
