Contract Law Specialist

About the role

Join the Office of General Counsel at a global leader in advanced mobility solutions. You will work with internal teams and external counsel to draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, SaaS/licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Lead negotiations with vendors, clients, and counterparties to secure favorable terms and limit corporate exposure.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to Procurement, Sales, IT, Finance and other stakeholders on contract terms, risk trade‑offs, and compliance.
• Identify and analyze legal risks in agreements, focusing on liability, indemnification, IP, data privacy, and termination clauses.
• Ensure all contracts align with corporate policies, risk‑management standards, and insurance requirements.
• Support resolution of contract performance issues, amendments, and potential disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Typically 5 + years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, either in‑house or in a corporate law practice.
• Hands‑on experience with modern Contract Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis) and e‑signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non‑legal partners.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in contract drafting.
