Contract Management Associate Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Management Associate Analyst to join our team in Monterrey. The role supports the procurement and legal functions by maintaining supplier records, analysing agreements and driving negotiations with vendors. This is a full‑time hybrid position suitable for recent graduates eager to develop expertise in contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate internal systems and online storage to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships, including agreements, amendments, orders and spending trends.
• Interpret and analyse software licences, service agreements, statements of work, quotes and purchase orders without direct legal or financial support.
• Gather internal requirements, timelines and budgets from stakeholders, develop negotiation plans and secure consensus.
• Lead negotiation sessions with external vendor teams, facilitate compromises and achieve agreed outcomes.
• Present negotiation progress and results to internal stakeholders and obtain approvals for contract execution.
• Document daily, weekly and monthly reporting, including final wrap‑up documentation of negotiations.
• Organise, catalogue and create processes to improve the team’s efficiency and capability over time.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Administration, Law, Internal Audit, Research, Strategic Planning, Consulting, Customer Service, Continuous Improvement, Auditing or International Relations.
• Customer‑service mindset, business insight and results‑driven attitude.
• Strong teamwork orientation and dedication to continuous learning.
• Excellent English communication skills.
