Controlling Specialist

About the role

The Controlling Specialist will ensure that the spare parts business for trucks and buses, as well as service workshops, operate in line with company policies, local accounting and tax rules. The role provides accurate financial information to support strategic decisions and prepares forecasts to anticipate risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and approve discount operations, promotions and credit notes for special pricing.
• Develop detailed planning scenarios based on market conditions to safeguard profitability.
• Maintain and update master data for materials, costs and prices in SAP/CBFC systems.
• Generate financial reports showing revenue and contribution margin for each business unit, including inter‑company true‑up calculations.
• Prepare contribution‑margin forecasts considering FX, volume and discount variables.
• Monitor Service Plus business model, track KPIs and ensure profitability.
• Support month‑end closing with data on margins, discounts, exchange rates and key partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of costs, inventories, accounting, finance and taxes.
• Experience with SAP, especially the COPA module and master data management.
• Fluent in Spanish (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
• Effective communication, planning, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
