Coordinator, Creative Project Management

About the role

The Coordinator, Creative Project Management partners with Creative, Production, Editing, and Content Production teams to ensure timely delivery of audiovisual assets for Disney's digital platforms, social media campaigns, premieres, and special events. This role oversees both pre‑production and post‑production processes for marketing content across Disney brands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production of audiovisual assets and manage project plans across Disney+, Studios, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate creation of promotional materials, makelists, graphic toolkits, and final deliverables.
• Track assets to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Manage version control, master files, and distribution materials.
• Lead final review and approval processes for all deliverables.
• Partner with Creative and Editing teams to monitor progress and keep projects on schedule.
• Prioritize tasks to meet business needs and maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and support event coverage outside regular hours when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Media, Film & Television Production, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, post‑production, advertising, or a similar creative environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Self‑confident, agile, proactive, organized, and highly committed to delivering results.
