Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role

Novelus Team is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join its fast‑growing, technology‑focused organization. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across corporate, contractual, and property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate non‑disclosure/confidentiality agreements.
• Manage service and vendor contracts, employee agreements, and commercial lease agreements.
• Handle corporate complaints, lawsuits, and litigation support.
• Oversee corporate organizational structuring, documentation, and governance.
• Assist with property‑level agreements such as property management, construction management, and partnership agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law.
• Advanced command of English and native Spanish speaker.
• Willingness to work onsite.
