Corporate Trainer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to develop and coach Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will design learning experiences, embed AI tools into training, and ensure talent is ready to serve fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live training, simulations, role‑plays and 1:1 coaching to prepare Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Create and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other instructional materials that reflect Viva’s processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage staffing, onboarding and performance monitoring of talent.
• Leverage AI and automation tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and build automations that scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) – written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools and a proven ability to stay current with emerging technologies.
• Data‑driven mindset: use metrics to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership work style.
