Corporate Trainer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will work remotely, coaching talent, creating curricula and integrating AI tools to ensure our partners receive top‑tier support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays and one‑on‑one coaching for Executive Assistants.
• Design, update and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources aligned with Viva’s processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare assistants for client assignments, managing cross‑functional communication.
• Leverage AI and automation tools daily, coach assistants on AI adoption, and build automations that streamline learning workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to extract insights and drive improvement.
• Proactive, structured and high‑ownership attitude.
