Corporate Web Publisher

About the role

NXP is looking for a Corporate Web Publisher in Guadalajara to update, modify, create and publish web pages on its corporate site (NXP.com), after checking compliance with corporate guidelines. The role covers SEO and AEO best practices and uses AI-powered tools to improve content discoverability and publishing efficiency. It runs from receiving requests in the ticketing system to executing them in the content management system.

Key responsibilities

• Support requests to implement updates and new content (documents, software, web pages, videos, graphics)
• Support web launches introducing new products to the market
• Review large volumes of content for guideline compliance and propose corrections
• Perform quality assurance testing and report system issues during development
• Take part in major projects such as content migration, content clean-up and microsites
• Communicate regularly with the team on project and request status
• Apply on-page SEO (metadata, structured data, internal linking, keywords) and AEO strategies for AI search engines and LLMs
• Use AI automation tools to streamline publishing, auditing and quality checks

Required profile

• Fluent English; bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering or Information Technology)
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining websites with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• Experience with CMS, SEO and AEO; hands-on AI tool experience required
• Project management, testing and/or customer service experience is a plus; electronics and database knowledge is a significant plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, organized, detail-oriented and able to deliver on time
