Country Manager – Colombia

About the role

Emma – The Sleep Company is looking for a dynamic Country Manager to lead its operations in Colombia. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing local team, driving growth across all functions and positioning Emma as the market leader in sleep solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and manage a cross‑functional country team covering Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service and more.
• Own the P&L, set growth targets and steer the business toward profitability.
• Define and adapt the country strategy to achieve market‑leader status.
• Analyse growth structures, create business cases and report on initiatives that boost sales.
• Generate insights on marketing channels, customer journey and sales performance to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Test, optimise and scale marketing tactics, explore new sales channels and shape product strategy.
• Lead new growth projects and build a team of business developers and marketers.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) with strong academic results.
• Experience in business development, consulting, sales or marketing, preferably in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
• Independent, structured and process‑oriented working style.
• Passion for fast‑scalable business models and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers and presenting findings confidently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
