Country Manager

About the role

As the Country Manager for RX Mexico, you will steer the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the business in Mexico within a global matrix environment. You will be the public face of the company, leading high‑performing teams to deliver exceptional event experiences that align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the country’s long‑term growth strategy, including market expansion plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure high‑quality event delivery and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain key external relationships, representing RX Mexico to stakeholders and partners.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across global and local teams to improve efficiency and alignment.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement improvements, and optimize revenue and costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
• Lead, develop, and engage high‑performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Own full P&L accountability, delivering sustainable and profitable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong track record of P&L responsibility and delivering growth.
• Experience leading large, complex teams within multinational organizations.
• Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking capability.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
