Creative Designer – B2C Marketing Lead

About the role

The Creative Designer is the visual authority for our B2C Marketing team. You will define the visual language, guide the creative direction of campaigns and brand assets, and raise the quality of work across the design team.

Key responsibilities

• Set and maintain the creative standard for all visual output produced by the Brand & Strategy team.
• Provide clear, constructive direction to Motion Designers and Design Interns, translating vision into tangible results.
• Review and approve all creative work before publication, including campaigns, brand materials, social content, and event assets.
• Lead the visual concept and execution for B2C marketing campaigns across paid social, display, landing pages, email templates, and in‑app visuals.
• Design performance‑aware creative that captures attention and drives conversion.
• Adapt and scale campaign assets across formats while preserving creative integrity.
• Own and evolve the visual brand identity and design system, ensuring consistency across digital, print, product, and event touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Brand & Planning Lead and Paid Media Analyst to translate strategy into visual language and iterate based on performance data.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading creative direction for B2C marketing initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaign visuals, and design system development.
• Ability to articulate a clear creative vision and provide actionable feedback.
• Comfortable challenging briefs and pushing for higher‑impact creative solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
