Credit Management Team Lead – Americas

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Credit Management Team Lead for the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico). You will oversee a team of credit professionals, drive the credit review process, and provide data‑driven recommendations to support growth while protecting the company from financial risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the credit review process for customers across the Americas, evaluating credit reports, financial statements, and payment histories.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to set credit limits, terms, and conditions based on risk profiles.
• Monitor and update customer credit profiles regularly, adjusting terms as financial health or market conditions change.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align credit decisions with business objectives.
• Provide senior‑level recommendations on high‑risk accounts and major credit decisions.
• Mentor and develop the credit team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit management, financial analysis, or related finance roles within the Americas.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and industry‑specific risk factors.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, ratios, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
