Creditors Controller – Americas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Creditors Controller for the Americas region to lead our Accounts Payable Logistics function. The role involves managing a small team that processes logistics and supply‑chain creditor transactions, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strong supplier relationships. English proficiency is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accurate invoice processing in NetSuite.
• Generate purchase orders, allocate invoices, and monitor requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipt transactions.
• Perform creditor age analyses, account reconciliations, and monthly reporting of supplier liabilities.
• Review and approve logistics‑related invoices, verifying supporting documentation such as bills of lading and freight costs.
• Provide weekly cash‑flow forecasting inputs and support cost variance analysis for logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate Logistics Supplier Master Reference Data in compliance with governance policies.
• Resolve internal and external supplier queries and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Coach, develop, and manage a small Accounts Payable team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or creditor management, preferably in a logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
