Customer Experience Analyst

About the role

Join Maersk’s Global Service Center in Mexico as a Customer Experience Analyst. You will support LAM customers, handling inbound queries and ensuring end‑to‑end customer experience across ocean logistics and landside transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer experience within the assigned scope, complying with company procedures and customer agreements.
• Handle inbound customer queries and cases, guiding issues through to resolution.
• Engage internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify root causes of problems, report potential service failures and trends to management.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and cost‑reduction opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade or a related field.
• Recent graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in ocean logistics, landside transportation or related areas.
