Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

As a Customer Experience Consultant you will deliver world‑class service to Maersk’s customers through inbound and outbound calls, handling roughly 60 interactions per day. You will resolve last‑mile delivery issues, act as a liaison between customers, delivery teams, stores and warehouses, and help ensure a seamless logistics experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, multichannel customer service via phone and other communication tools.
• Resolve last‑mile delivery problems with empathy and effective problem‑solving.
• Coordinate communication among customers, delivery teams, stores and warehouses.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on open cases.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a contact‑center, freight forwarder or customs brokerage environment.
• English proficiency at B1‑B2 level.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and stay self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
