About the role
Joyson Safety is seeking a Customer Portal & Service Coordinator to support OEM and automotive industry customers from its Apodaca location. The role focuses on maintaining accurate customer portals, handling service requests, and ensuring timely shipments while collaborating across supply‑chain functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer portals, guaranteeing data accuracy and timely updates.
- Provide customer service support to OEM and automotive customers.
- Receive customer requirements and plan daily shipments according to demand.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure product availability.
- Analyze firm demand and forecasts, identifying deviations or variations.
- Communicate demand changes proactively to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Planning, Logistics, Production, and other Supply Chain functions.
- Ensure on‑time delivery performance and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with Supply Chain processes and company standards.
Required profile
- Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, preferably within the automotive industry.
- General knowledge of OEM customers and automotive supply‑chain processes.
- Basic SAP knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills for demand and forecast analysis.
- Effective communication skills and a teamwork orientation.
- Conversational English (written and verbal) for interaction with global teams and customers.
