Customer & Procurement Planner

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner – Customer & Procurement ensures smooth material flow across Bosch's North American network. You will be responsible for inbound planning, warehouse coordination and order fulfillment for OEM and Tier‑1 customers in the automotive, powersports and commercial‑vehicle segments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules to global Bosch supplying plants, maintaining 24‑month demand visibility in SAP or Kinaxis Maestro.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, inventory positioning and stock availability across North American warehouses (Summerville, SC & Laredo, TX).
• Monitor and resolve blocked stock, MRP exceptions and inventory discrepancies with warehouse teams.
• Handle goods‑in‑transit visibility, ensure timely clearance of inbound deliveries and support outbound shipment prioritisation.
• Process customer EDI releases, transmit Advance Shipping Notifications (ASNs) and schedule outbound shipments to meet customer delivery commitments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or materials planning, preferably within automotive or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work with cross‑functional teams (plants, warehouses, customers).
• Excellent communication skills to manage allocation priorities, capacity constraints and engineering changes.
