Customer Service Representative – Automotive Logistics

About the role

Vibracoustic, a global automotive supplier, is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support its OEM customers in Queretaro. You will act as the main liaison between customers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring on‑time delivery, accurate documentation and high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily customer portals and communication.
• Create shipping plans, manage spot sales orders and ASN activities.
• Coordinate sample shipments and maintain on‑time delivery (OTD) KPIs.
• Adjust production schedules to meet fluctuating customer requirements.
• Update critical reports, finish‑goods inventory and customer contact lists.
• Conduct finish‑goods cycle counts with 99.9% accuracy.
• Track raw‑material MRP runs and ensure supplier shipments follow release schedules.
• Manage import‑export logistics, customs paperwork and broker coordination.
• Validate billing documents for transportation and broker services.
• Authorize shipment stops for quality, safety or logistical issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing OEM accounts (e.g., Ford, Chrysler, GM).
• Strong knowledge of customer expectations, specifications and platform processes.
• Proven ability to resolve customer and supplier problems such as delays or complaints.

Required skills

• SAP MM, SAP Sales, SAP PP modules.
• Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) handling.
• Import‑Export procedures and CTPAT compliance.
• EDI standards: 830, 862, 857.
• Inventory management and logistics coordination.
