Customer Service Representative Jr.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders are entered accurately and processed efficiently while providing timely updates.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and accurately process customer orders using the company’s order management systems.
• Provide customers with order confirmations and status updates in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back‑office teams to resolve order‑related issues.
• Monitor pending orders, track their progress, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionaly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
