Customer Service Representative – Logistics (Mexico)

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Air and Ocean Transverse division in Juarez, Chihuahua. The role supports international shipping operations, acting as a key liaison between clients, operational teams, and commercial staff to ensure smooth, on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Activate shipments and verify all operational steps are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Follow up on pre‑alerts from origin locations, identify potential disruptions, and inform relevant parties promptly.
• Notify Operations teams of shipment arrivals to facilitate seamless transitions.
• Review quotations and financial charges at origin and destination, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Prepare and send detailed instruction letters to Operations using internal systems.
• Compile monthly and quarterly KPI reports within the first ten days of each month.
• Distribute market updates and forecasts, coordinating shipment allocations to match customer needs and operational capacity.
• Participate in customer visits with commercial teams to strengthen relationships and identify service improvements.
