Customer Service Representative – Morning Shift

About the role

Join Charger Logistics, a leading asset‑based carrier, as a Customer Service Representative on the morning shift. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients in Querétaro, providing timely updates and solutions for their freight shipments while supporting the growth of our logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of Charger Logistics’ products and services.
• Engage customers professionally to build lasting relationships.
• Provide accurate track‑and‑trace updates and resolve freight‑related issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established procedures for billing and documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous experience in logistics or customer service is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
