Customer Service Representative – Weekends

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc., a leading asset‑based carrier in North America, is expanding its Customer Service Department in Querétaro. We are looking for a motivated individual to provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support during the weekend shift, ensuring smooth communication with our clients and drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Charger Logistics' products and services.
• Engage customers professionally to build lasting relationships.
• Provide real‑time track‑and‑trace updates and resolve freight issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established billing procedures.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Logistics or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
