Customer Service – Social Media Advocate

About the role

As a Social Media Advocate you will be the voice of Boldr on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. You will handle customer inquiries, turn feedback into actionable insights and help shape a positive online brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with customer comments and messages across all social media channels.
• Provide prompt, accurate responses and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through ongoing social interactions.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to address complex cases.
• Share relevant content, updates and announcements to keep the community informed.
• Collect and report trends, feedback and insights from social media to internal teams.
• Advocate for product and service improvements based on social media feedback.

Required profile

• Curious, authentic and passionate about client satisfaction.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer support with a focus on social media management.

Required skills

• Experience using major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
