Customer Services Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Project Manager to lead customer projects for leading cinema operators across LATAM and the US. The role combines customer interaction, technology deployments, and cross‑functional coordination in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from kickoff to final delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams including engineering, logistics, service and support.
• Keep projects on track regarding timelines, risks and customer expectations.
• Build strong relationships with cinema industry clients.
• Drive communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of customer project management experience, preferably in technology, AV, cinema or digital solutions.
• Strong client‑facing and coordination abilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Organized, proactive and solutions‑driven mindset.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
