Customer Specialist

About the role

Boldr is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the primary point of contact for salons and distributors participating in its Sustainable Beauty Partner rewards program. You will provide white‑glove, VIP‑level support to a portfolio of roughly 4,000 salons and 20 distributors across the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers, delivering accurate information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Independently resolve account, order, and program‑related inquiries, applying proactive judgment to avoid unnecessary escalations.
• Craft personalized written communications for each partner, avoiding templated responses.
• Track and prioritize problems, ensuring they are documented, monitored, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues, including technical problems, to the appropriate internal teams.
• Support the returns process by tracking returns and updating account records.
• Manage partner redemption opportunities, monitor status, and ensure timely completion.
• Build and maintain Excel‑based reports for redemption tracking and overall program performance.
