Customer Success Associate (Hybrid, Aguascalientes)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically‑oriented Customer Success Associate to provide specialized technical guidance, conduct thorough assessments, and develop comprehensive solutions for our diverse customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers.
• Document technical findings, recommendations, and action plans for long‑term support.
• Support the Leadership team in driving customer satisfaction and growth across a portfolio.
• Draft business requirement documentation for project specifications.
• Develop an understanding of clients’ operations and systems.
• Assist Unit Leads with administrative tasks for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build and deliver on customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an administrative, technical, marketing, industrial engineering, computer science or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong technical assessment abilities and results‑driven mentality.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt, multitask and travel as needed.
