Customer Success Manager

About the role

Insense is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help brands get the most out of its creator‑marketing platform. You will own the client journey from onboarding through ongoing support, acting as the trusted advisor who drives adoption and business impact. The role is remote‑first and open to candidates located in any Americas time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering a seamless and high‑value experience.
• Become an expert on the Insense platform and paid‑social advertising to provide best‑practice guidance and consultative advice.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive outreach across multiple communication channels.
• Support internal client activation campaigns and recommend growth opportunities based on data, new features, and market trends.
• Monitor accounts for churn risk, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to feed client insights into product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar SaaS/marketing role.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating and solving client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GSuite, HubSpot, Notion and JIRA.
• Basic knowledge of digital and influencer marketing, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok advertising.
• Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs related to customer success, satisfaction and retention.
