Customer Success Specialist

About the role

PERA Logistics is a fast‑growing startup that simplifies cross‑border freight between the United States and Mexico. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our clients receive continuous attention, timely updates, and cost‑effective shipment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Negotiate pricing that benefits both the client and the company.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new customers onto our platform.
• Work closely with Carrier Operations to manage orders and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Identify and address customer needs proactively, offering solutions to improve their experience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Conduct regular check‑ins and follow‑ups to ensure ongoing success and loyalty.
• Monitor usage and engagement to uncover growth and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in cross‑border logistics, customer service, or transportation operations is preferred.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Creative problem‑solver with a proactive attitude.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
