Customer Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst you will act as the critical link between Corning’s internal operations and a strategic global technology customer. Based at the Reynosa manufacturing facility, you will turn complex supply‑chain data into clear, actionable insights that improve service performance, inventory efficiency and forecast accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyse customer demand signals, order backlog and inventory data to ensure accurate fulfillment and continuous supply.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that provide real‑time visibility to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer‑facing planning and order‑management activities, communicating status updates, risks and recovery actions.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, procurement and manufacturing teams to identify, escalate and resolve supply‑chain disruptions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives in S&OP processes, forecast alignment and order workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply‑chain analysis, demand planning, order management or customer operations within a manufacturing or high‑tech environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions for diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
