Customer Support Agent for Partners (Greenlight Expert)

About the role

Join Uber's Community Operations team as a Greenlight Expert, the front‑line face of Uber for drivers, couriers and other earners. Working from a local Greenlight hub, you will help new partners launch on the platform and assist existing partners in overcoming challenges quickly and empathetically.

Key responsibilities

• Assist riders, drivers, couriers and merchants during critical moments, turning uncertainty into clear next steps.
• Guide partners through the onboarding process, highlighting the real‑world value of Uber.
• Make fast, thoughtful decisions to resolve in‑person issues, ensuring every visitor leaves with a solution.
• Escalate technical or procedural blockers to management and contribute to continuous improvement of the support experience.
• Collaborate with teammates on local events and promotions, acting as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, hospitality or high‑volume face‑to‑face customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex processes clearly.
• Ability to stay calm, empathetic and professional in emotionally charged or high‑pressure situations.
• Reliability and punctuality to work from the designated Greenlight location.

Required skills
