Customer Support Associate I

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Support Associate I for its Guadalajara office. The role involves managing end‑to‑end order processes for light manufacturing, supporting both internal sales teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support.
• Assist sales with Quote‑to‑Order activities and post‑order to invoice processes.
• Manage order entry, maintenance of value‑added orders, and backlog management.
• Work with asset portals to expedite factory purchase orders.
• Handle inbound customer order formats and submit supplier requirements.
• Support sales with RMA, CAR, FQR and resolve post‑delivery issues.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of related experience; industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, quoting, RMA and expedite processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience supporting sales efforts.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork‑oriented and fluent in English.
