Customer Support Representative – Hybrid (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Representative to join OpenTable’s fast‑growing team. In this hybrid position you will be the primary point of contact for diners and restaurant partners worldwide, delivering high‑quality assistance through phone, email, chat and community channels.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex product and service inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Own each case from initial contact to final resolution, crafting logical and creative troubleshooting steps.
• Document all interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates and escalate technical issues when necessary to meet service‑level targets.
• Adapt communication style to support a diverse, global customer base.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support via phone, email or chat.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with modern Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts between 7:00 AM‑12:00 PM CST, overtime or holidays.
