Cybersecurity Pentester (Red Team) – Advanced English

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Pentester to lead red‑team and AI‑red‑team exercises. The role is fully operational, focusing on assessing and strengthening our detection capabilities and the security of AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed network and web‑application penetration tests.
• Perform red‑team exercises to evaluate security‑operations detection.
• Engage in AI red‑team activities, including prompt injection, data poisoning and model evasion.
• Facilitate security assessments and drive remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest security trends, techniques and frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience (network, web‑app and cloud penetration testing).
• 2+ years of red‑team experience and at least 1 year in AI red‑team exercises.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP, PTES and NIST frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GPEN, OSCP, OSCE, CISSP) are preferred.
• Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Experience with adversarial machine‑learning techniques and common ML tools.
