Data Analyst, Chat Product

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven, user‑obsessed thinker to join our product team and empower Product Managers with actionable insights. As a Product Analyst you will dive into funnels, user conversations, and data to uncover real user behavior and translate those findings into clear narratives that drive product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with product managers to support discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and tracking of initiatives.
• Interpret data trends, analyze results, and produce ongoing reports that inform business decisions.
• Own funnel and behavioral analysis to identify friction points, drop‑offs, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze user conversations from WhatsApp, support tickets, and interviews to surface behavioral insights and pain points.
• Conduct bespoke analyses to answer critical business questions.
• Size initiatives using quantitative modeling and qualitative inputs.
