Data Analyst – Data Maintenance Specialist

About the role

The Data Analyst Specialist ensures that information across multiple business systems is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date. The role focuses on entering, updating, validating, and correcting data while maintaining consistency between platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately across various business systems.
• Verify completeness and correctness of information and report discrepancies.
• Perform routine data validation and execute manual or bulk data updates.
• Monitor scheduled data imports, confirm successful synchronization, and flag missing records.
• Maintain organized records of updates and respond to internal data‑change requests.
• Escalate system issues or recurring inconsistencies to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar operational roles.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
