Data & Analytics Manager (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

LinkedIn is building an in‑house owned media agency to accelerate campaign production and operational efficiency. As a Data & Analytics Manager you will lead the creation of performance dashboards, ensure data integrity, and turn insights into actionable recommendations for owned channels such as Email and LinkedIn Ads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and reporting views that track key metrics for owned media campaigns.
• Validate data accuracy across reporting tools, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
• Monitor performance trends, surface insights, and share findings with stakeholders through regular reports.
• Identify and resolve data issues related to owned tools and platforms.
• Define technical requirements for automated reporting and analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a marketing or media environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
