About the role

Inallmedia.com is seeking a Data Engineer (Architect) to lead the transformation of its data landscape on the high‑visibility Outpost project. This role focuses on building a structured, high‑performance data ecosystem that supports both operational and analytical needs across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a long‑term data strategy to move the organization toward a structured, high‑performance ecosystem.
• Design, optimize, and maintain complex schemas for transactional and analytical use cases.
• Lead database performance tuning and structural improvements to ensure fast query execution and reliability.
• Identify critical business data points and set clear analysis goals.
• Establish and enforce naming conventions, data governance, and consistency standards.
• Develop Python automation scripts for data exploration, cleaning, and landscape management.
• Collaborate with product, backend engineering, and stakeholders to align data schemas with business objectives and user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing scalable data models for both transactional and analytical workloads.
• Strong analytical intuition to navigate ambiguity and translate data structures into business impact.
• Self‑directed professional capable of managing complex data environments without constant supervision.
• Fluent English communication skills for daily collaboration with international teams.
