About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimise modern data platforms for a high‑impact automotive project serving a leading U.S. customer. You will work with a collaborative team of engineers, data scientists and product owners to deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and optimise data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS.
Build scalable architectures that support data science and analytics workloads.
Transform, model and quality‑check data for efficient analysis.
Monitor performance, ensure data reliability and create technical documentation.
Provide guidance to the engineering team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

2–4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Strong communication skills and English proficiency at C1 level.
Analytical, self‑driven, collaborative and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

AWS services (Lambda, DMS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, S3, AppFlow, Athena, Glue, RDS).
Python programming.
GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker.
dbt Cloud.
Snowflake (SnowPipe, SnowTask, Stored Procedures, Stages, Views).
Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
Dimensional modeling and SCD Type 2.
Pytest, Poetry.
AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) – a plus.
