Data Scientist – Predictive Modeling & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to lead strategic data science projects that automate processes and drive business decisions. You will apply predictive models and advanced analytics in a fast‑moving corporate environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and integrate valuable data sources, automate ETL pipelines, and conduct data quality analysis.
• Automate manual business analysis tasks and repetitive operational flows.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover patterns and trends.
• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models (e.g., XGBoost) for forecasts, contract renewals, goal achievement, and product success.
• Integrate AI solutions into business processes while ensuring data security and cybersecurity compliance.
• Present insights through clear visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Lead data science projects from problem definition to implementation and communicate results to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agile teams using Scrum and document data use cases.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
• Strong background in data mining, forecasting, and building predictive/statistical models.
• Experience working with Linux environments (Debian, Ubuntu or similar).
