Desktop EUC Level 1 Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop EUC Level 1 Support Technician to deliver day‑to‑day local and remote desktop assistance. The role involves handling inbound calls, troubleshooting hardware, software and application issues, and documenting resolutions in our ticketing system while ensuring consistent service across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices both onsite and remotely.
• Receive and resolve inbound support calls, walk‑in requests and email tickets.
• Perform PC diagnostics, sanitation, and coordinate recycle pickup requests.
• Manage PC fulfilment tasks such as Autopilot deployment, re‑imaging and asset import.
• Process software installation, printer configuration and miscellaneous service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across shifts.

Required profile

• Experience in “smart‑hands” support and end‑user computing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced IT support centre.
• Familiarity with the full asset‑management lifecycle.
