Desktop Support Associate – Field Technician

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a Desktop Support Associate – Field Technician to join its Mexico City team. You will be responsible for on‑site and remote integration of multi‑vendor hardware, software and networking solutions, ensuring client environments run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, notebooks, printers and related peripherals on‑site or remotely.
• Integrate company and third‑party system solutions, including hardware, software and networking products.
• Act as the liaison between NTT DATA and clients on administrative and technical matters.
• Interpret client needs and direct issues to the appropriate sales, support or engineering teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant desktop support experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent skill set; additional hardware certifications may be required.
