About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s cross‑functional team to drive packaging design and deployment for innovation and growth projects across multiple geographies. You will support the creation of sustainable, consumer‑focused packaging solutions for the biscuits segment, including iconic brands such as Oreo and Chips Ahoy!.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute RDQ, marketing and manufacturing activities for packaging design and deployment.
• Plan and conduct sampling, supplier management, pilot‑plant and factory trials in line with GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Develop packaging specifications, scale‑up processes, and commissioning activities.
• Create technical reports, analyse results and provide recommendations.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing packaging for performance, cost, usability and sustainability.
• Manage full packaging lifecycle from concept through commercialization, including external agency coordination.

• Ability to work independently and within a team under manager guidance.
• Strong problem‑identification and solution‑implementation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication, including technical writing.
