DevOps Engineer – Cloud (AWS/Azure)

About the role

Globant is seeking DevOps Engineers to join its Cloud Studio, a hub that blends cutting‑edge cloud technologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices. You will collaborate with global teams to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure that powers innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Azure environments.
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate infrastructure as code.
• Administer Linux/Unix and Windows systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Support configuration management using tools such as Puppet or Chef.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to view challenges from a broader perspective.
• Solid experience in system administration (Linux/Unix or Windows).
• Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
