DevOps Engineer – Cloud Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps & Cloud Operations Engineer to support a major U.S. education‑technology company. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and improving cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud environments on AWS or Azure.
• Maintain Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers for production workloads.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Monitor systems, respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive remediation.
• Collaborate with development teams to support micro‑services deployments and distributed systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Production experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Solid background in CI/CD, IaC, and incident management.

• Salary range MXN 33,000 – 50,141 gross per month.
