DevOps Engineer – Cloud SaaS Operations

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead the deployment, operation, and scaling of our SaaS applications in the cloud. You will work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high‑performing services through automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, operation, and scaling of SaaS applications across cloud platforms.
• Maintain high availability, reliability, and performance using monitoring, alerting, and incident management best practices.
• Manage cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) for multi‑tenant environments.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable feature delivery.
• Automate deployment processes to reduce time‑to‑market and production errors.
• Integrate security controls into pipelines to meet compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
• Collaborate with development, IT operations, and security teams to embed DevOps practices.
• Advise on new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on DevOps/DevSecOps experience, with a focus on cloud‑based SaaS operations.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience working with AWS.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
