About the role
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the operation, automation and further development of DevOps tools within Dematic, a KION Group company. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and support the Application DevOps Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and assist colleagues on improvements, maintenance, and extensions of tools such as Jenkins Pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, Terraform scripts, GitHub, and Jira administration.
- Design interfaces and manage dependencies with other products to create efficient solutions.
- Coordinate rollout activities in collaboration with other teams and local organizational units.
Required profile
- IT degree with at least three years of professional experience.
- Confident handling of the Linux command line and basic software development experience.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on, proactive attitude.
- Self‑starter who balances operational tasks with project work.
