DevOps Engineer – Murex Platform (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate automated platforms that deliver the Murex solution across SaaS, cloud, and on‑premise environments. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Mexico and will work closely with development, QA and client‑facing teams to ensure reliable and secure releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing and deployment.
• Ensure pipeline stability, performance and reliability, minimizing build failures and delays.
• Automate environment provisioning, configuration and upgrades using version‑controlled code templates.
• Build reusable automation components to improve scalability and consistency.
• Deploy and manage Murex environments across development, testing and production stages, handling lifecycle tasks such as provisioning, configuration, patching and decommissioning.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting to provide end‑to‑end observability.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on incidents and contribute to improving system reliability and operational KPIs.
• Manage environment data lifecycle, including data provisioning, masking, sampling and database migration.
• Act as a technical escalation point for platform incidents and coordinate resolution with support and product teams.
• Collaborate with development, QA, product and client teams to enable smooth delivery across the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD and automation engineering.
• Experience managing multi‑environment SaaS or hybrid deployments.
• Familiarity with SRE practices and production reliability concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and pipeline issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
