DevOps Engineer (Spanish‑speaking)

About the role

DXC is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support application development and cloud operations across Latin America. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes environments and automating the full software delivery lifecycle while interacting with Spanish‑speaking stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Automate build, test, deployment and release processes.
• Manage source‑code repositories, branching strategies and version control with Git.
• Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes platforms.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash or Groovy.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, QA and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of reliability and scalability.
• Serve as the primary Spanish‑speaking point of contact for stakeholders when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• CI/CD pipeline design (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Git source‑code management and branching strategies.
• Kubernetes container orchestration and basic cluster troubleshooting.
• Automation scripting (Python, Bash, Groovy).
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and multi‑cloud environments.
• DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube and Harbor Registry.
